Description:
Retail: Equestrian Sales Associate
Mary's Tack and Feed was established in 1963, and has grown to become one of the top tack and feed stores in the nation. With 40 employees, Mary's has wonderful customers and a fun atmosphere with great staff.
Mary's has an immediate opening for a Full-time sales associate . Our ideal candidate is passionate about horses and has experience riding and caring for them! Our sales staff help customer's in store and online with all things equestrian both Western and English.
A candidate who will thrive in this position has leadership qualities but can work equally as well independently ,thoroughly enjoys working with and helping people, listens well, smiles easily, has lots of energy and a thirst for equestrian product knowledge.
Candidates with strong communication skills in person and on the phone who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Requirements:
Retail experience is a plus but not necessary. Extensive product knowledge training is provided. 35-40 hours per week, must be flexible and be able to work any of the seven days of the week.
Full time benefits include:
