Job Description:The Job/What You'll Do:

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to any of our office locations in either Phoenix, AZ; Encino, CA; or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and run financial reports for the sales team
- Maintenance and administration tasks within Salesforce.com
- Order marketing materials for advisors, prospective advisors, and sales team
- Work through call campaigns to fill conferences, webinars, and regional events when needed
- Work collaboratively with other departments in order to complete assigned tasks
- Provide back-up support to the Front Desk Administrator
- Other duties that may be assigned

Education & Experience:
- B.A. or B.S (4-year degree)
- Sales or customer service experience a plus
