Unlimited PCS Inc.,--a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer, is seeking to hire an experienced--Sales Trainer--to work with our Sales Associates in Atlanta Georgia. As the--Sales Trainer for Unlimited PCS,--you will travel to one of our locations in Atlanta each day and work one on one with the sales team members. In addition to the--sales training, you will also work with our new employees to ensure they onboard our company successfully. The candidate we seek for the position of--Sales Trainer--must be energetic and results driven with a passion for developing people.

As the Sales Trainer for Unlimited PCS, your responsibilities will include:
--
--

In person curriculum delivery developed by T-Mobile and Unlimited PCS to our existing and new Sales Team members in our Atlanta locations.
Drive completion accountability of T-Mobile training program requirements through reporting and tracking.
Review and edit existing curriculum as needed
Pilot and launch new training and sales strategies as needed.
Establish great relationships with our sales team so you become a trusted advisor dedicated to employee growth and sales success.
Work with new hires to ensure timely onboarding and acclimation into our company's culture, processes and standards.
Proactively introduce new training methods, tools and sales achieving strategies into the employee training and development process.

As the Sales Trainer for Unlimited PCS, we need someone with the following skills and abilities:
--

2 or more years in a similar role, preferably in Wireless Retail.
Expert communication and presentation skills.
Bilingual would be a huge plus for this role.
Ability to understand and effectively teach sales concepts and strategies.
Ability to deliver content virtually if necessary. (Most if not all instruction will be done in a retail location.)
Energetic and engaging personality.
Knowledge of productivity and presentation software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team player but able to work independently.
Instructional Delivery Experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation to get to each of our locations in Atlanta on a timely basis.
Valid and current driver's license.
Must be legally able to work in the United States.
