Full description of the position
Boone Homes, named 2021 Builder of the Year, is seeking a full time New Home Sales Consultant (Community Manager) to build relationships with prospective purchasers and sell new homes in our handselected communities throughout the Richmond area. The primary responsibility of the New Home Sales Consultant is to meet and exceed the community sales goals, maintain a professional environment and provide outstanding customer service.This position will require both some weekday and weekend availability. Necessary skills include: sales experience, outgoing personality, positive attitude, willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
