Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.The OpportunityOur Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA. You will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Programs and Retention and work a hybrid schedule based in Seattle.As part of this role, you will partner with the Senior Marketing Manager, along with important partners across other marketing, technical, and merchandising channels to manage customer programs and increase important retention opportunities. You will manage the operational day on programs like our ZuCard, Referrals, Loyalty, Offers, and more. You will have ownership of your programs serving as the subject matter expert, reporting on main insights, partnering with multiple teams on issue resolution (e.g. technical, customer), and offering suggestions for improvement.Who We AreZulily is an online superstore committed to delivering a fun shopping experience for moms everywhere, without breaking the bank. We are at an inflection point as a company, with high aspirations to increase growth.As a Senior Specialist on the Marketing Programs and Retention team, you will help deploy retention tactics in service of this goal to keep customers coming back to our site vs. going elsewhere, the end goal for moms is to look at us as their go-to for all their needs and eventually become advocates of our brand.Your Impact- Implement Zulily's customer engagement and retention plan, managing main customer programs ranging from Zulily credit card, referral, loyalty, customer offers, and more.
- Use internal tech tools to implement marketing tactics including the development of site banners, filler tiles, customer offers, audience creation/targeting. Partner with internal tech teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Weekly analysis to highlight important insights and report on metrics. Lead the results of the programs and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Implement test and learn opportunities to guide insights. Develop a business case for new experiments and partner to align resources.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to perform customer and competitive analysis and help identify whitespace opportunities to increase retention across important customer groups.
- You will build and work with external partners as well as internal cross-channel partners across marketing, tech, and merch to amplify programs and support main campaigns.What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in marketing or related field.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with tech tools to set up/manage campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
- Proficiency in MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and foundational exposure to SQL and large datasets required.Qurate Retail Group offers a total rewards package that includes:
