About the Role: A critical member of EVEREVE's marketing leadership team, the Director of Digital Marketing will lead the planning, development and execution of customer-centric digital marketing programs that drive both short-term sales demand and long-term brand equity. The right candidate will blend a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, marketing analytics, and strong execution skills. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Develops a cohesive integrated digital marketing strategy inclusive of paid social, SEO and SEM, retargeting/remarketing, display, mobile, affiliates and email.
• Monitors, measures and analyzes the effectiveness of all digital marketing initiatives, and recommends ways to improve performance.
• Develops and oversees effective SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies to help connect our customers and prospective customers to meaningful product and marketing experiences
• Ensures website and mobile conversion optimization by working with the growth marketing team to consistently measure, monitor, test and improve web conversion. -
• Partners with Technology Team to continue to augment/refine our marketing technology stack to drive campaign and team productivity. What you will bring to EVEREVE:
  • Digital marketing experience inclusive of creative, integrated media, content development, display advertising and social media.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing and web-based lead generation.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, segmentation/targeting and other digital optimization tactics and strategies.
