Full description of the position

• Work very closely with our clients to understand & review their Marketing Automation strategy and requirements, developing the solution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for optimizing performance.
• Confident working with Marketing Cloud, understanding data points, writing data queries in SQL, utilizing HTML email templates and Ampscript, and configuring Marketing Cloud Connector with Salesforce
• Communicate effectively with clients to execute email and mobile campaigns
• End-to-end understanding of SFMC Platform (Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, etc)
• Create, update and maintain Data extension, List, Subscribers, etc.
• Manage Automation Studio implementing multiple activities including File drop, SQL, etc/
• Understanding of SalesCloud objects and integration
• Ability to build cloud pages (using smart capture) using both content blocks & HTML/CSS & JS.
• Expand the capabilities of the marketing cloud by testing and implementing new functionality as it is released
• Leverage Journey Builder to develop multi-touch communications
• Create SQL queries in Automation Studio to segment audiences
• Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platform, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
  Skills & Qualification:
  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent course work.
  • Experience in working with Clients
  • Provide functional recommendations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tool Set and solutions.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • SFMC Email Specialist Certification is an add on
  • SQL & AMPscript Experience
  • Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
