Infosys Consulting is seeking a senior consulting leader in digital marketing technology and operations effectiveness. If you are a collaborative and detail-oriented individual possessing a strong understanding of data and architecture strategy, we want to talk to you! The Marketing Effectiveness team within IC Digital is responsible for the development and delivery of solutions addressing marketer challenges in the cookie-less, privacy-first era. In this role, you will help lead the reinvention of systems and processes for future-proof marketing and non-marketing customer communications and experience. The position requires a team and detail-oriented attitude. You are expected to be resourceful and demonstrate pro-active initiative supporting sales pursuits of advanced projects, and working with defined stakeholders, including technology, data, analytics, and/or media agency teams to assess, define and guide best-fit solutions and standards. To be successful, you must have a solid understanding of today's marketing practices and enabling Martech/ad tech ecosystem, and inability to confidently engage senior stakeholders to target, scope, win and deliver work with precision. Key Responsibilities

• As a domain subject matter specialist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overall innovation and continuous improvement support of the offering development
• Lead-go-to-market and sales pursuits activities and client relationship management
• Collaboration with internal and external teams for project solutioning and implementation
• Strategic partner relationship management and initiative collaboration Basic QualificationsThis is a senior position reporting to the Marketing Effectiveness offering lead. Qualifications for this role include:
  • 10years of digital industry experience, familiarity with privacy management,identity resolution, clean room, customer data platform and other relatedmarketing technologies
  • 10years of project management experience and leading matrixed teams, ability todefine right-sized technical and data solutions, deliver quality assurance andissue resolution.
  • Proficiencywith campaign activation and workflows, ad server systems/tools, as well asDMP, DSP and/or SSP technologies is a plus.
  • Mustbe willing and able to travel to multiple local, state and national andinternational client locations.

    • MBA orequivalent advanced degree.
    • Experienceof leading programs where stakeholder engagement is a key requisite toachieving successful program/project delivery.
    • Provenability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.
    • Ability to collaborate within the firm and leverage existing resources.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership, ability to conceptualize and drive new solution / service offerings and take them to market.
