We specialize in comparing electricity plans and find the best Texas electricity rates for our customers. We ensure our customers never overpay for electricity ever again.As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supercharging our growth by developing and executing marketing sales campaigns and strategies for our Electricity, Carbon, and Solar products. As a Marketing Managers you own the process of building marketing campaigns making sure cross-channel activities align with the company's strategic objectives. You also contribute ideas for future programs and campaigns.Responsibilities:

• Designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
• Work with key partners across the organization (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care) to identify and implement marketing programs through internal and external channels
• Manage our social media platform and come up with engagement strategy
• Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with advertising and creative departments
• Reviewing advertising material for print and digital media
• Preparing advertising contracts
• Performing market research to find new opportunities
• Managing marketing department employees
• Analyzing market trends and conducting competitor research
• Develop email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers
• Plan and execute strategic partner email marketing campaigns that generate additional partner leads and revenue
• Engage and uncover key insights from our existing customer base to build successful referral and Affiliate email sales programs
• A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and increase sales and conversions, suggest and implement improvements based on data-driven resultsJob OverviewThis job is responsible for overseeing all external and internal marketing communications assuring alignment with corporate and business strategy.
