The Opportunity Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a Boston Garden Society Service & Sales Intern to join our team at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts . Are you an energetic undergraduate or graduate student who's seeking an incredible paid internship program? Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Summer internship dates typically span 10-12 weeks between: February-May 2023 . This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and make an impact in a global company. Minimum pay rate: $14.25 / hour

• Support the Boston Garden Society Experience Team with daily client interactions such as ticketing inquiries, amenity fulfillment, and financial compliance. Additionally, support project-based duties such as research, event planning, and inventory management of BGS products and client gifts.
• Support the Boston Garden Society Sales Team with various processes, such as inputting prospect data and assisting with reviewing and organizing client contracts.
• Help manage the BGS general client inbox and phone lines to appropriately respond to or distribute client inquiries.
• Attend select TD Garden events, including Bruins games, Celtics games, and concerts, and assist with various game-day responsibilities as needed, such as running an in-game contest or client event. Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Communications, or any other relevant major/coursework.
