Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing Reports to: Vice President of Marketing Location: Corporate Office and/or Remote w/ Travel; Candidates within our current operating footprint are welcome to apply (TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL, AR, KS, TX, MS, MO, IL, WI, OH)
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% Status: Full-Time / Salary / Exempt _____________________________________________________________________________________ Overall Responsibility: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing team in the planning and management of marketing campaigns that promote our property's brand. Primary Functions:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in line with brand plans and business priorities.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Communicating findings to the department and company
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Supervise team to achieve goals with a focus on continual process improvement
• Prepare and execute conversion tests
• Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thoughtful leadership and perspective.
• Attend and lead meeting with vendors, owners, leadership and operations team as needed
• Recommend changes to current operating processes and procedures
• Translate consumer insights and learnings into relevant marketing outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties and complete projects as assigned by SupervisorRequired Skills/Abilities:
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics); working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Ability to assess the business, identify opportunities, and promote growth
  • Ability to troubleshoot team and client problem areas and suggest a remedial course of action
  • Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketingEducation and Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field required
    • 3-5 years in Digital Marketing highly preferredPhysical Requirements:
      • The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computer
      • The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment
      • The ability to communicate, converse with and express information in person, by phone and through other technology
      • The ability to travel by car or plane up to 25% of the year
