Job DescriptionWe are seeking individuals for Entry Level / Customer Service / Sales openings - No Experience Needed to join our team! Both Full Time & Part Time openings available. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product service information and resolving technical issues. We have openings in all departments and also our management trainee program.


Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries on PR Systems
• Provide information about the PR products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields but not necessary
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
