Position Summary:Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are the conversation starters and problem solvers at the foundation of the sales process. As an SDR, you'll spend time researching various companies, decision makers, and prospects with the goal of scheduling sales meetings.
You will work hands-on at a technology company, gaining real world SDR experience in the technology and SaaS space. During your first 3 months at your tech company, you will receive coaching, training, and mentorship from Vendition, in partnership with your Sales Team, to help ensure productivity, quota attainment, full understanding of industry platforms, and overall success.
You will:

• Learn sales prospecting techniques, philosophies, researching, and practices; how to use CRMs, sales playbooks, and other necessary tools to succeed as an SDR and earn a Sales Certification.
• Represent a tech company's products and services to communicate a comprehensive understanding of their solutions
• Prospect potential customers via phone, email, and social networking to schedule meetings in order to generate new business leads.
• Schedule meetings/calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
• Achieve monthly quotas of meetings set, completed, and fully qualified opportunities

    • Full-time availability
    • Have an interest in working in a sales role in the technology industry
    • Understanding of the SDR role and can relate transferable skills and experience
    • Consistent clear communicators both verbally and written
    • Quota driven
      Salary Expectations:Vendition's paid Apprenticeship offers training, coaching, and job placement services at no cost to you. During the 3-month Apprenticeship you will earn $3,000/month. After the 3-month Apprenticeship, the average Vendition Apprentice goes on to make $82K (base + OTE) within the first year.
