- Salary plus commission incentive plan What You'll Do:
- Responsible for generating and closing on new business in the Suddath Workplace Solutions product line
- Self-generate qualified office moving leads and develop a comprehensive selling strategy using a hunter sales mentality based on market dynamics and strengths of Suddath (ZoomInfo and HubSpot resources provided)
- Effectively build rapport and credibility with key decision makers in local markets and position Suddath well for sourcing cycles by generating and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Follow all company selling standards and consistently meet or exceed KPIs
- Consistently provide reliable sales forecasts and actively participate in weekly sales meetings, weekly individual accountability sessions, monthly individual performance reporting, annual performance reviews, and annual sales summit
- Other duties as requiredWho We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience required with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, building strong pipelines, and closing business
- Experience in office moving, commercial furniture sales, commercial real estate services or project management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM's
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an overall professional demeanor
