You As a member of the sales team at IST Management, you'll help us discover and close new prospects in the world of e-Discovery and Litigation Support Services. You've sold services before and have an existing book of business you can call upon ranging from legal executive assistants to attorneys, and maybe even to c-suites. Now...you want to make more money and expand on your career by selling a 360 range of products and services dedicated to litigation support. Us We're looking for people with a range of sales experience who have worked in a salary plus commission environment selling e-Discovery processing and litigation support services. • Is IST Management growing? Like crazy. We're looking for advanced professionals for Regional Vice President Sales Executive positions.
• Compensation? Our base salary career path guidelines are $85,000.00 - $110,500.00+. Base salary is ultimately negotiable based upon your existing book of business.
• Is there an opportunity for me to grow, too? We look at everyone's experience and market position in detail and have created a path straight to Regional Vice President and Managing Vice President sales executive roles, and beyond.
• How does commission work? Uncapped! Our team loves it. • What's training like? Our sales team training is a comprehensive up-to-six-week program hosted at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA (or hybrid, or remote - we'll work with you!). Our sales team members leave training with the full support of our corporate teams and field operations teams behind them - including receiving leads and setting appointments in your home city before heading back. We will make sure that you hit the ground running! Other than sales experience in either e-Discovery or Litigation Support services with an existing book of business, to be a candidate for a sales position at IST Management you'll need:
