• Travel AssistanceThis is what we'd like you to do:Responsible for supporting all partner marketing initiatives including activities related to: product launches, co-op programs, partner marketing and optimization, client and vendor management and maintaining healthy lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders. In the role as Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will identify and track project schedules, budgets, source assets and administer marketing programs and deliverables for the credit union. This position will be working with cross-functional teams to produce innovative ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. Develops communication for internal staff and directs external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines, liaise with the other credit unions departments including training, retail, call center, operations, and technology, and attends meetings to represent the department and capture critical project information. Ensures that the Credit Union's professional reputation is maintained and projected.

  • Marketing Promotional & Operations Inventory ManagementCan you to bring to the table:
    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising or related field required
    • Understanding of related computer applications
    • Knowledge of advertising, printing, print production processes
    • Basic knowledge of financial products and services, features, and benefits.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
    • Experience supporting project management a plus.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields, with prior experience in managing multiple projects and production in a with multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines.
    • Prior credit union/financial experience desired.
    • Excellent organization skills.
    • Outstanding communication abilities.
    • Well organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work in a team environment, without supervision.
    • Demonstrates good understanding of project management, timelines, and print production.
    • Working knowledge of WordPress, preferred
    • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film.
    • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to all KCU locations or vendor locations when needed.
    • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary to complete projects during non-banking hours.
    • Analytical, detailed-oriented and problem-solving skills, ability to identify solutions.
    • Promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with managers and peers,
    • Have ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges and be assertive as necessary.
