Digital Marketing Analyst

Road Ranger, a multi-state Travel Center company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join its growing Marketing Department. The Digital Marketing Analyst identifies patterns in data and helps turn those patterns into marketing strategy. They will help to collect and review marketing data, including customer behavioral data. From there, they will monitor and review current campaigns, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Use loyalty and other platforms to analyze customer/transactional data to determine the impact of company programs and marketing campaigns on customer behavior.
Create actionable customer segments/clusters for reporting and targeting purposes.
Create predictive models to determine expected results of loyalty programs/marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign data to recommend/improve promotional opportunities.
Develop new analytical methodologies to deliver deeper insights to consumers.
Conduct special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science with a major in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Applied Mathematics degree or similar quantitative field of study.
Understanding of statistics, including regression and predictive modeling.
Technical troubleshooting knowledge and the ability to problem-solve.
Ability to automate processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to make recommendations and analyses to category managers.
Ability to work in a group environment.
Retail experience preferred but not required.
Experience with loyalty programs preferred but not required.
Experience using analytic software and BI (Business Intelligence) tools, like Looker, preferred but not required
