Sales Marketing Specialist Job OverviewA field marketing representative is responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with local businesses, community events, and potential patients. The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Team Leader along with Regional Managers and local office teams to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities.

Requirements:
Sales Marketing Specialist QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication English skills.Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing concepts.Ability to speak in front of small and large groups.Must be willing to travel overnight and work some evenings and weekends as needed.Dental organization experience preferred.English required. Spanish is a plus.Sales Marketing Specialist Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote Dental View offices to retailers, school districts, local government agencies, mid to large employers, and other organizations through successful field marketing programs.Coordinate with regional and office managers in promotional activities planning.Participate in key community events, industry meetings, conferences, and tradeshows for brand awareness.Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis of market trends.Develop robust knowledge of all patient services.Collaborate in the production of various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events.Ensure marketing collateral materials are properly updated, and marketing event equipment is in good working condition.Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.Execute marketing campaigns effectively to achieve the campaign objectives.Develop creative and innovative ways to maximize business marketing opportunities.Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing market demands.Build a strong network across the business community to generate profitable opportunities.Work proactively and in the field, both personally and through leveraging office-based management team relationships.Prepare and disseminate communications and instructions to the local office in advance of promotional launches and marketing initiatives.Serve as a proactive, integral member of the local office management team providing marketing support and counsel.Monitor and manage Field Marketing expenses within the annual budget.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and share competitive field market intelligence with regional managers, office teams, and marketing teams.Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities/successes and complete expense reports in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned.Sales Marketing Specialist EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, English, or Communications.Sales Marketing Specialist Experience3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account-based marketing.Experience in promotional marketing or event execution.BenefitsDental Views offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Vacation time.
