ASMs are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within their markets.   • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for your market to ensure you're always on our sales leaderboard by attaining sales goals and profitability
  • Be responsible for the performance and development of Sales Executives team (6-8 individual contributors).
  • Prepare action plans for individuals and the team to source leads and prospects
  • Work with Marketing to implement, service new plans and promotions, as needed
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Sales Executives understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their sales and activity performance
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition to build pipelines
  • Deliver timely, accurate, competitive pricing for all non-standard opportunities submitted for pricing and approval, all while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Assist Sales Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. You'll be responsible for communicating and implementing within your team as well
  • Recruit, test, and hire Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior managementSuccess will come if you:
    • Set the example for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
    • Serve as a strategic coach for the sales process
    • Broker/COI- building and maintaining
    • Ensuring that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes
    • Delegating authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
    • Conducting regular coaching and counseling sessions with Sales Executives
    • Maintaining and holding your team accountable for contact with all clients in your market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
    • Demonstrating your ability to interact and cooperate with all PrimePay employees
    • Conducting weekly sales meetings with your entire team
    • Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings with each sales representative
    • Reviewing on a regular basis to track team activityPrimePay Offers:
      • A competitive base salary with performance-based commissions and bonuses. Base salary is in the $110K - $150K range plus uncapped commission
