Job Title: New Business Development Executive Location: King of Prussia (Hybrid Remote) Salary: $100,000 - $125,000OTE: $250,000 +REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years Managed IT soltuion sales.

What You'll Do:
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting, following up on new leads, meeting with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, generating proposals/contracts, negotiating, closing sales, and nurturing client relationships.
- Consultative approach to prospecting, qualifying and developing new relationships with businesses
- Prospect targeted accounts, Small Business owners, IT Directors, CTO's and CIO's; proactively penetrate the market to achieve and exceed sales quota.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified business development opportunities. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of these opportunities and business development activities.
- Lead customer discovery meetings to uncover and validate clients desired outcomes and technology needs.
- Create and present sales proposals to decision makers. Negotiate sales terms, close sales opportunities and accurately complete all sales paperwork.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Overall relationship management and the ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex IT requirements
- Developing and maintain relationship with client and vendor contacts
- Preparing detailed quotes and proposals
- Maintaining knowledge of our products, services, and the competitive landscape
- Travel within geographically defined sales region
What You'll Need:
- BA/BS Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' sales or business development experience for business-to-business technical services/products
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solution sales experience in selling IT managed services, Cybersecurity, Cloud hosting, and Disaster Recovery.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of efficiently and effectively closing sales as an independent, top performing hunter who exceeds revenue goals
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of the economics behind solutions, how to present those to a C-Suite audience, and requirements to achieve financial goals within complex projects
- Passion for working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver world-class services
- Unmatched presentation, customer service and relationship building skills
- Possess a positive attitude, be coachable, insightful, energetic and a great problem solver
- Ability to build and manage strong, lasting professional relationships at all levels over the phone and face to face
