Bluewater Marine Daytona is looking for full time sales consultant. This is an opportunity to sell some of the best brands in the industry. You must have boating experience with a genuine and undeniable passion for helping others join in the boating lifestyle. To be considered, you will need strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a polished presence and personality. As with any sales position, the ability to manage customers' expectations as well as your time is key. A few other items that you will need to be successful are:

• teachable personalityWe are not looking for your typical high-pressure salesperson. We need a creative and fresh approach to the process. A passion for boating will be considered over sales experience.Currently our commission based sales staff earn between $95,000 and $200,000+ per year. Health insurance and paid time off are also included in the package.
