We are seeking a Marketing Director to join and lead our Marketing team. In this role you will need to be proficient in all aspects of marketing, with proven experience building and managing a marketing team for a growth-stage company. You will be responsible for creating, communicating, and executing clearly defined marketing plans that align with the company's strategies, enable Deft to reach its growth objectives, and inspire experienced marketing and sales teams.Do:

• Create and execute marketing plans that achieve the company's growth and brand objectives
• Ensure alignment of marketing strategy and operations throughout the organization, including product, sales and solution / delivery
• Manage marketing and sales requests for collateral, campaigns, and events
• Work with Deft's subject matter experts and leadership team for thought leadership / marketing content
• Evolve marketing dashboards to provide real-time visibility throughout the organizationDeliver:
  • Consistent, high-quality, multi-channel campaigns that feature Deft's ability to execute and proven ability to support the growth of our clients
  • Detailed insights, analysis and optimization recommendations for Deft marketing operations and campaigns via centralized dashboards and reporting

    • 10+ years of corporate and product marketing experience for a B2B technology company
    • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting multiple teams
    • Understanding of the implications of buying-team behaviors in enterprise IT decisions
    • Ability to solve problems and execute, quickly
    • Ability to work well with others and quickly recognize and comprehend the success requirements for other individuals, teams, and business units
