Job Summary

Initiate, prepare, and develop dashboards and report on various financial, sales, marketing, and other information to set expectations that all downstream departmental work is accurate, timely, and provides team members with meaningful and high-quality data and information in real time focusing on delivering high quality customer services.

This is an exempt role and is a member of the sales operations department reporting directly to the Senior Director, Sales Support and Sales Process with a preferred location of Raleigh, NC.

Allbridge is currently operating under a hybrid work model, allowing colleagues the opportunity to connect with others in person and the flexibility to work remotely. For some business groups and positions, job function requirements may require more time at the primary work location, while greater flexibility may be in place for others.

Essential Job Functions
Initiate, prepare, and develop dashboards and report on various financial, sales, marketing, and other information to set expectations that all downstream departmental work is accurate, timely, and provides team members with meaningful and high-quality data and information in real time. Disseminate information to downstream department members as needed to deliver high quality customer services.
Develop and maintain data auditing and reconciliation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of the database and sales information workflows.
Assist the marketing department with database pulls, data uploads, and reports on sales contacts.
Contribute to managing the monthly sales reporting process including tracking sales, tracking pending items, etc. Prepare and maintain sales commission calculation worksheets.
Make recommendations and provide tools, resources, services, and analysis to enable sales team members to perform their duties more effectively. In all cases, work to resolve process bottlenecks, inconsistencies, etc. facilitating an organization of continuous process improvement.

Assist in preparing documents and other specialized accounting reports and interpreting complicated financial information for managers, executives, and C-Suite executives.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and control procedures setting expectations for compliance as needed.

Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited university in business, sales, accounting, or another related field or equivalent practical experience; graduate degree is preferred.
Required to have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
Must have demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite including the creation and management of searches and reports.
Required to have a comprehensive knowledge of database management and financial reporting skills and be able to consistently conduct complex, work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Must have a high learning agility and ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable sales solutions delivering value to the end customer.
Must be able to manage multiple projects, remain organized and deliver high quality in a timely manner.
Required to have demonstrated intermediate level PC skills with the ability to effectively operate within a Windows Operating System and Windows based programs such as Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Project. Required to have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., reporting via pivot tables, filters, macros, and complex formulas).
Analyze and review budgets and expenditures, contributing to the annual operating plan process as needed.
Possess excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail, critical thinking, and intermediate understanding of financial reporting and database management fundamentals.
Performs work with integrity, confidentiality, and awareness of security best practices.
Must be able to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced, and high-volume work environment, operating with a high level of detail, conscientiousness, and accuracy.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skillsin the English language with a customer service focus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
