KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Sales Cloud Technical Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and technologies, working closely with delivery leads, business analysts, solution architects and product owners to architect technology solutions to meet business needs
Validate all application technical design specs for solution built on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force dot com
Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices; author technical design specification
Oversee Salesforce Sales Cloud DevOps; code reviews, deployment and release management
Supervise implementations leveraging Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Mobile development, NPSP package, NetZero, and few managed apps from AppExchange
Provide technical management and oversight of all Salesforce developers supporting the solution
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent Salesforce hands-on end-to-end implementation experience with expert level understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, Force dot com and overall architecture
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Strong strategic and profound knowledge about architecting platform solutions on SaaS
Salesforce integration and DevOps experience
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team
Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership need
