*Essential Duties: *
* *Support sales department/managers*
* *Monthly sales reports, expense reports, vacation time*
* *Inventory- create reports, track trucks and buses*
* *Verify/Process retail/lease/bus orders, check for accuracy*
* *Maintain and update orders/production*
* *Follow sale from start to finish*
* *Sales folder/POs/record deposits/apply for financing, process credit applications*
* *Invoice customers*
* *Issue plates and DMV paperwork- Verifi/DMV partnership systems*
* *Prep trucks/buses for delivery-lettering/wash/any additional equipment*
* *Process factory invoices post in accounting/service*
* *Review accounting schedules*
* *Support used truck department invoice, title issues*
* *Process extended warranties*
* *Maintain MSOs/license plates/DMV documents*
*Require Skill: *
* *HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelors Degree desired*
* *Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a Sales organization or similar*
* *Experience in the Trucking/Automotive Industry desired*
* *Minimum 2 years of automotive biller experience desired*
* *Strong MS Excel experience (formulas, v look up, pivot tables)*
* *Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.*
* *Able to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel*
* *Deadline/task orientated with a great sense of urgency*
* *High energy*
* *Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility*
