Are you a friendly multi-tasker who loves people, moves quickly, appreciates a smile, and enjoys killer espresso?
We have the place for you! Welcome to Baker & Spice, a small batch bakery dedicated to providing our community with the finest pastry, bread & service around. This job is high energy, faced paced, food centric and fun.
**$6-$8 average tips per hour
*Please note that this is NOT a baking position

Full Time/Year Round Team Player
Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Loves counting and accurately handling money.

Takes care in creating, cleaning and organizing displays as well as themselves.

Loves doing dishes!
This is a physically demanding position- requiring you to be standing, on your feet and moving quickly and efficiently 100% of your shift.

Shift details:
Shifts are up to 8-hours and can start as early as 5am. The bakery is open from 7 am-3pm Wednesday through Sunday.
An open & flexible schedule is required (no foolin' here- an open schedule and willing to put in some extra time here and there when needed!).
We do have holiday black-out periods around holidays so please have open availability November through January.
Documentation of covid-19 vaccination and current Oregon food handler's certification is required.
