Full description of the position
Description:Kelsan and WET are searching for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Chattanooga team.
The Retail Sales Associate sells and/or introduces new corporate products to new and existing customers. The primary duties involve check in and out rental machine, sell detergents, accessories, and parts to walk-in customers. Assist in tracking, targeting, and closing business via the phone, e-mail, and walk in traffic. Responsible for entering sales information into HubSpot and tracking the sales process in order to service and increase existing customer growth.
Retail Sales Associate ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NEW HYBRID POSITION. Will work for both WET and KELSAN (split time) and assist where needed as Chattanooga location grows.
Assist with walk in customers as needed for both WET and Kelsan
Check Rental Machines in and out
Sell equipment, parts, and accessories in Chattanooga showroom
Assist in preparing quotes for Sales Specialists in Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Tri-Cities
Manage HubSpot on daily basis with/and all Hotsy, Landa and WET leads from internet and walk-in customers
Assist Kelsan Branch manager as needed
Coordinate with Service Dept on repaired equipment for delivery, etc. (WET & Kelsan)
Load/Unload tractor-trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack
CDL certification is a plus
Requirements:
High School Degree or Equivalent
Technical Skills/Desktop/PC Software-Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Excellent knowledge of products, programs and services offered by company.
Superior telephone and customer service skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Strong planning, organization, and customer relation skills are required.
Must be detailed orientated.
