Southern HVAC is looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
Southern HVAC is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns and operates businesses around the United States. We are currently in Florida, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Missouri and Kansas and are looking to expand within the next several months. There is a lot of growth and opportunity so there is truly no ceiling with these positions.
Requirements:
Conducting outbound calls
Ability to close sales over the phone, running finance options and quoting payments
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPI's
Excels at acquiring new business over the phone (leads provided)
Seeking a Candidate With:
Outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Motivated, self-driven individual that wants the opportunity grow, learn, and earn.
Outbound Sales Experience and meeting/exceeding sales goals
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
