Description:
Do you have a passion for the thrill of the one call close? Close multiple warm leads daily! Paid training and the ability to earn over $100K in your first year.
We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU! Never worked in the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industry before? That's OK, we possess expert knowledge of the industry and offer top-line training to get you going!
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success
Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales- prior industry experience not required
Strong relationship building skills
PC computer proficiency and ability to use technology sales tools
Ability to drive to customer's locations to meet them face to face
Flexibility to work days, evenings and some weekends
Responsibilities:
Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to help us build customers for life.
Efficiently communicate during at-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs.
Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
