Mastercam Technical Sales San Diego CA
San Diego CAD CAM, the leading Mastercam Value-Added-Reseller (VAR) in the southern California area has now joined MLC CAD Systems (North America #1 Mastercam Dealer) creating the largest Mastercam team in the U.S.
So now MLC CAD Systems LLC (San Diego) is seeking a highly motivated technical sales professional for the position of Mastercam Technical Sales Representative in the San Diego CA area.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and secure new business through the sale of Mastercam CAM (Computer-Aided-Manufacturing) Software Products including sales of Training, Technical Support, and Applications Services. The person in this position is expected to be an aggressive sales professional emphasizing new product sales to new customers through aggressive pipeline development via cold calls, referral leads, initial prospective customer contacts, mid-sales cycle forward movement and final sales closing plus cultivate great working relationships with current customers.
LOCATION: San Diego California
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Three to five years experience in CNC applications/manufacturing or equivalent education.
Solid understanding of Manufacturing, cutting tools/materials and their applications.
Strong Sales Skills in CAM Software / Machine tools or other related manufacturing applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
At ease with Sales, proposals and closing business.
Excellent personal presentation skills
Some regional and overnight travel will be required (as much as 25%).
Must have worked around the manufacturing environment or experience with CAD/CAM (Mastercam preferred) CNC Set-Up, Cutting Tools, Controllers and how they are used. Machine Tool, Tooling or Manufacturing sales is a plus.
