SUMMARY

This Internship will be located out of Wakarusa, IN or Sioux Falls, SD. TheSales Assistant Intern will interact with our Slingshot sales and operational teams and perform a variety of clerical and customer service functions to support the "Slingshot" and Strategic Accounts team of the sales department.Some of the key tasks will involve customer communication, sales lead pursual, and Salesforce use. This will also involve assisting in organizing our Summer event in Sioux Falls, Ignite.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform administrative functions such as creating documents, generating reports, responsing to emails, and updating account records.
Provide service for customer visits, trainings and events.
Generate price quotes within established guidelines. Input sales records and data in Salesforce CRM.
Send product information and other related information requested by customers and prospects.
Assist with projects within the department.
Generate and distribute sales reports.
Purchase and mange office supplies.
Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions.
Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division's quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
Depending on division, the following functions also apply.
Coordinate the collection, storage, distribution, and/or shipment of product samples and marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum 2 years related administrative experience is preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communications, and customer service skills.
Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
If the division requires work with label projects - experience with label media design software and printing equipment is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff
