Western Integrated Technologies is seeking an Industrial Sales Specialist (Business Development Specialist) to join our Team! You will have the opportunity to make a strong contribution to our well-established and growing company.

You Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
5 + years of Fluid Power (hydraulic and pneumatic) application experience, desired
Industrial sales experience
A documented personal sales process
Experience writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
Mechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience a plus
Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Consultative Sales Skills Training
A Positive Can-Do Attitude
A desire to help Teammates succeed, always helping where needed
Your Powers:
Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision-makers and necessary influencers
Enthusiastically grow sales while simultaneously enhancing margins
Interact daily with customer prospects via email, phone, and in-person
Leverage new and existing relationships to win new customers for WIT
Work with Purchasing, Sales, Shop, C-Suite, and Engineering contacts to identify and close new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal resources to identify new opportunities
Utilize our CRM by updating your new and ongoing sales opportunities daily
Develop proposals and present to customers and prospective clients
Submit an approved business plan to review monthly with the manager
Must call on new accounts weekly
Compensation:
First-year base salary and commission can range anywhere from $70k - 85k with no upper limit on potential commission earnings.
