The HRCC team is looking for a Regional HR Consultant to support our Western region branch. This role will be a local branch resource to drive revenue through HR conversations. Additionally, the HR Consultant will provide lead generation for opportunities to drive revenue growth for GBS and HRCC using the Gallagher BetterWorks model. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Generation Acts as the cross-solving link between local Gallagher branch offices and HRCC by driving HRCC sales while also uncovering opportunities for local Gallagher branch offices as well as helping develop and manage "whitespace" opportunities. Intakes branch consulants/producers and HRCC requests, including: consulting and advising producer/account manager; qualifying leads; and identifying the appropriate Gallagher or HRCC resource. Actively supports Producer growth by participating in Branch and Producer meetings as the HRCC representative. Attends client and prospect meetings with Producers as an HRCC representative for sales and education to: introduce HRCC services; pre-qualify any leads; collect required information so that HRCC content expert (consultant) can formulate proposal; present preliminary proposals. Marketing Activities Seeks out and participates in external speaking engagements as well as partners with producers for client and prospect-facing events. Prepares and communicates HRCC marketing campaigns and collaterals. (articles, case studies and other media i.e. webinars, micro-videos) Consultative Selling Proactively builds relationships with GBS, HRCC and GGB colleagues Regularly schedules and participates in prospect meetings to expand all service offerings Prepares and delivers educational sessions for current clients, prospects, colleagues and external audiences Heavy business development and relationship sales. Consulting Projects Provides support to HRCC experts on projects as needed Collaborate with other consultants in this service line and others as needed Complete own consulting projects as assigned adhering to HRCC practice operational guidelines such as client deliverable guidelines, time tracking system usage , billing process, etc. Other duties as assigned Required: Bachelor's degree 5 or more years related experience U.S. Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online to be considered Must be 18 years of age or older Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
