Full description of the position
Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking an entry level Recruiter to join its internal team. This is an opportunity for motivated candidates interested in building a career in the staffing and recruiting industry. Compensation includes a $40,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, permanent residuals and bonuses. The expected earnings are $55,000 in year one and $80,000 by year three. Comprehensive benefits include medical, 401K, holiday and vacation pay. Responsibilities Prospecting for new clients Managing client relationships Recruiting candidates for both contract and permanent positions (light industrial and junior office focus) Coaching and managing performance of contract employees Requirements Driven to build a successful career in the staffing and recruiting industry Previous inside or outside sales experience a benefit Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Positive, friendly and upbeat personality Associates degree or offsetting experience Microsoft Office computer skills Motivated to help others and make a difference in people's livesExpress Employment Professionals – Irvine, CA
