As a market leader, the talent and passion of our people is critical to our success. Together, we share a common set of values rooted in integrity, excellence and strong team ethic. Morgan Stanley can provide a superior foundation for building a professional career - a place for people to learn, to achieve and grow. If preferred, there is the opportunity to move internally within the Firm if there are open roles and the employee is successful during the interview process. A transition to FAA or internally must take place at the end of the program; staying in the VEA role is not currently an option.
