The Enterprise Commerce Solutions (ECS) Manager will oversee the ECS Service Leads team in growing business relationships with current clients and assisting our sales team in new Omnichannel Solutions sales opportunities, and providing input to our omnichannel product roadmap. The ECS Manager will lead the ECS Service Leads to help our clients better understand the full potential of our Omnichannel Solutions offerings, including Order Management, Store Fulfillment, Dropship, and Marketplaces, and act as the liaison between the client and Radial. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different workgroups and departments to improve existing processes and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Consciously create a workplace culture consistent with Radial's mission, vision, and core values of Collaboration, Curiosity, Fun, Passion, and Respect Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organizational information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, email, and regular interpersonal communication Empower team members to make responsible decisions and be accountable for the outcomes Manage individual and the team's capacity to distribute assignments, work schedules, including vacations and paid time off, and assigning coverage as needed Review each Service Lead's performance to measure their soft-skills, current product knowledge, and application to increase the value Radial's Omnichannel Solutions provides our clients Identify appropriate training opportunities and development plans setting up each team member for success Communicates expectations and responsibilities to the Service Leads team. Works with Service Leads to set their individual goals to achieve the ECS organization's established priorities. Provides performance feedback during one-on-ones, bi-annual, and annual performance reviews Reviews contracts during the renewal process to verify the current billing structure and term of the contracts maintain margin thresholds Confirming that client support requests are being appropriately managed and handled by the Production Support and Service Leads teams within Radial's contracted SLA guidelines Escalation point for the client for reported issues fielded by the Service Lead team Supports internal and client-requested projects, critical initiatives driven by the client, and the day to day operations of the Service Leads team Industry Trends - Keep informed of current industry best practices, and challenges retailers and brands face with their omnichannel program Upward reporting regarding trends in repeatable tasks to management and product development to aid in ongoing support process improvement Qualifications: Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills Management experience in a team-oriented workplace A minimum of three years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members Excellent computer skills. Must include knowledge of Excel, Teams, Smartsheet Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
