Looking for Sales Reps. for the Texas Area to build and manage Corporate Partnerships with the ability to move into Management positions quickly if desired.
At Denik, we work with global artists and in-house creative teams to design custom notebooks and journals to set brands apart. Every item sold helps to build schools worldwide.
Our customers and partners have helped to fund 5 schools (two in Mali, one in Guatemala, one in Laos, and one in Ghana).
Companies and brands like Nike, Google, Disney, Marriott, Skullcandy, Vans and Linkedin come to Denik when they need 100,000 custom notebooks designed and delivered in three weeks.

Position Description
- Developing and building the revenue and profitability of the company.
- Responsible for Creating, Developing, and Closing Sales with businesses throughout Texas.
- Sales of Custom Notebooks, Journals, Planners and other printed products.
- Day-to-day maintenance and acquisition of Key accounts.
- Development of new sales opportunities, and sales channels.
- Attend Sales meetings and trainings.
- Have a protected Territory
Position Requirements
- Full-time
- This is an Outside sales position working remotely from home based office.
- 3+ years experience in Sales roles (or similar roles, i.e. Business Development, Fundraising).
- Must possess a strong communication skill set.
- Must have experience in selling to Businesses.
- Understanding and experience with Custom Product processes is a plus.
- Proficiency/aptitude with related software tools (Customer Relationship Management systems, spreadsheets, Quickbooks, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be a Self starter and accountable for daily work logs.
- Must Live in Texas
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay for this position is Commission base. This is a high volume business and there are residual sales with every account.
- Working with an in-house design team you will be able to have uncapped potential for earnings. You should expect to make 100k plus your first year, 150k-200k your 2nd year.
