Family Owned Heating & Air Conditioning company looking for a highly motivated and energetic sales representative. Salary based plus commission

Seeking an ambitious individual to assist with increasing sales and customer support. Individual will need to promote products, solutions and services to generate sales and company brand awareness.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible to meet with customers to provide solutions and services for heating and cooling

needs

2. Responsible to develop proposals and maintain specification and documentation for estimates and

proposals. For larger contracts work closely with Company President to develop proposals and contracts.

3. Responsible to maintain and develop new product information for customers

4. Responsible to maintain accurate tracking of all opportunities with customers new and existing

5. Responsible to coordinate the installation of all jobs with the installation coordinator; process all change orders

6. Responsible to maintain constant communication with all customers on their installation or

service

7. Responsible to create and process installation sales orders

8. Responsible to perform customer satisfaction calls after each installation or service

9. Repsonsible to request referrals and reviews from customers

10. Responsible to participate in industry related events

Requirements:

1. Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. knowledge is highly desirable

2. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

3. Customer Service Oriented

4. Capable of understanding customer needs and favorable influence their decision

5. Efficiently manage time and schedules

6. Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the sales position along with a plan

of action to attain or exceed goals
