Job Title: Business Development Representative
Compensation:
Annual BASE Salary- PLUS commissions and health and wellness benefit package. Compensation will be determined by experience and verifiable track record.
This is a lower to middle experience business development role.
Position Description:
Business Development Representatives are high-energy, assertive and develop lasting relationships with new clients. The emphasis for this role is on generating new business in an inside sales environment, regional new client development and creating viable high-quality sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of an Elevated Business Development Representative:
- Build sales pipeline by targeting and penetrating new accounts utilizing outbound prospecting skills, inbound calls, chats and emails.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM tool to ensure standard processes are followed during opportunity qualification, standard Q&A is utilized and opportunity tracking/ distribution rules are followed.
- Identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed.
- Assist customers in understanding Elevated Billings product lines, configuration, environment and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes.
- Process problems, and translate need into business opportunities.
- Comfortable talking with prospects (internal/external) customers building relationships and monetizing them.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue.
- Exceed expectations while aiding the entire organization to do the same.
- Build team brand and personal brand by achieving top internal and external customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Between 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in billing, financial services, behavioral health or healthcare related fields;
- The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines and work with minimal supervision;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the market audience;
- Prior demonstrated business development experience with telephone-based and/or in person sales;
- Ability to travel 2% or greater depending on seasonal commitments made by company.
- Adhere to and enforce lead/opportunity distribution processes, policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues.

- Experience calling on prospective C-level enterprise clients
