Mission: As an Entry Level Client Manager, your mission is to support the organization's objective of optimizing business results for our clients. Working closely with our team of professionals, you will contribute to the sales, retail campaigns, and customer retention. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and delivering exceptional services to drive success and growth for both our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact within a retail setting.
• Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address them throughout the engagement process.
• Support the implementation of performance improvement solutions, including training programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and other initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented retail solutions, gather feedback from customers, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales transactions
• Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts.
• Contribute to new business development efforts, including assisting in proposals and pitches.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong passion for performance improvement, talent development, and achieving business success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Compensation is broken down into an hourly rate, paid weekly, with opportunity for additional commission as well as bonuses. The range ( 39-49k) is based on average annual earnings.
