We expect our Sales Reps to:
- Utilize social media platforms, online directories, industry associations, and other resources to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media messages to generate leads and establish initial contact.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by actively engaging with prospects, conducting needs assessments, and presenting tailored solutions to address their freight brokerage requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Establish strong professional relationships with prospects through effective communication, active listening, and a consultative sales approach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market demands, and emerging trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze customer data, industry trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and create tailored solutions for clients.
- Effectively manage customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Foster ongoing communication, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and progress against targets.
- Communicate customer requirements, feedback, and opportunities for improvement internally.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications
- Must be awesome
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Freight Brokerage/Sales
- Knowledge of commercial equipment types and limitations required
- High energy, team player
- Ability to think outside the box
- Always hungry for more
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to to multi task
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks and make on the fly decisions
- Ability to motivate and influence those around you in order to achieve mutually beneficial results
- Ability to work on a team while driving self performance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
