Responsibilities


  • 100+ Outbound Calls per day. Good work ethic and time management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and provide world-class service in every interaction for optimal appointment performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone
  • Convert every inbound customer call to a scheduled appointment to increase dealership profitability and drive traffic
  • Make outbound calls and set appointments
  • Keeping Track of all customer interactions by typing notes into our computer system
  • Know word tracks/scripts and use them to entice the customer to visit the dealership and buy a car
  • Meeting or exceeding daily appointment and sales performance goals
  • Completing all performance reviews with managers and incorporating feedback into your sales process
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, flexible shifts are available but must work on Saturdays.
