Now Hiring - Professional Services Business Development Specialist Representive in Kansas City, MO

DCT Solutions Group is an established technology company in the fast-growing supply chain market. Our customers manufacture, distribute and transport the products that keep our society operating. We are adding a new position for a Business Development Representative to assist in our outbound sales strategy.

In this position, you will work with our Marketing Manager, Direct Sales Team and Business Partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns utilizing web, email, and appointment setting activities. Among the specific activities required:

1. Work with the DCT team and business partners to identify specific vertical applications and markets for DCT products and services.

2. Assist in developing the target company lists for these campaigns.

3. Help in “blueprinting” target organizations to identify the key influencers and decision makers .

4. Provide input to the creation of creative elements, messaging and delivery methods for the campaign.

5. Drive outreach, appointment setting and proof of concept activities in conjunction with direct sales team.

6. Participate in review and analysis on campaign metrics to drive continuous improvement.

This position requires a mix of creative and logical thinking. Applicants should have strong computer skills. Our technology stack includes:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a sales/prospecting/marketing role. Experience in other technology sales, telecom or industrial sales would be a great background for this position. We will consider entry level candidates as well as candidates that have technical, functional or applicable experience in other fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
