Job description

We are actively searching for a full-time, Outside Sales Consultant with a friendly and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow. We will provide you with on-the-job industry training and product knowledge from our helpful team and network of product representatives. We take pride in the individualized service and care we show each of our customers. We are grateful to be the trusted name in our industry and we are excited to welcome motivated individuals to join the All-Type family.

Job responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Receiving and entering orders
• Developing rapport to strengthen client relationships
• Conducting outbound phone calls and in-person meetings with potential new customers
• Creating and sending price quotes for equipment and supplies
• Performing follow-up on quotes and sales opportunities

Qualifications

• High energy level and ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Listening and presenting skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
• A team player who will help around the office as needed

Pay

· Base salary (starting base salary is based on experience)

· Commission and yearly bonuses (based on performance)

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2 years of sales experience is preferred

· Background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
