Who are we looking for?

The Inside Sales Representative is an integral part of Better Life Technology’s overall organization, emphasizing sales growth and marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for an individual who has a passion for people and is eager to grow sales. This individual should be detail oriented, organized, adaptable and forward-thinking to understand the customer’s needs.

Inside Sales will work with a variety of customers both internal and external. Internally, this person will work across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Production. Externally, this sales role is responsible for generating leads and building a sales pipeline to ultimately develop new accounts across any of our 3 segments: G-Floor, G-Floor Outdoor & Marine and G-Floor Graphic.

What you will do:

The Inside Sales role develops positive relationships with current customers and acquires future customers for Better Life Technology! This high-impact, highly visible role is responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation. You will be responsible for all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, and managing leads in our HubSpot database, as well as developing new sales opportunities and optimizing existing accounts to increase sales and create new product opportunities.

  • Develop positive relationships with current customer base and cultivate new customers through a lead generation process.
  • Research target companies and new prospective market opportunities; assist in identifying key contacts/buyers, through the utilization of search engines, social media and other avenues to acquire appropriate data.
  • Harvest, validate and qualify leads, by cleaning the data, updating vital lead information, and leveraging digital resources to gain better understanding of prospects.
  • Following our lead management process, document lead status and track all activities in CRM.
  • Outbound calling required, e-mail communication, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Become a product specialist across all product lines.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day management of leads, working closely with sales team to ensure proper follow up – fielding, qualifying, and closing on qualified leads.
  • Administer and support CRM, including but not limited to user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with sales team in developing creative strategies and opportunities to reach new target accounts and increase market footprint.

Required:

  • CRM Experience (HubSpot and Range Me experience – Bonus!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style.
  • Inside Sales Experience – 1-2 years minimum.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability and desire to learn, problem solve and constantly improve.
  • Focused and disciplined, with high attention to detail, to ensure accuracy and success.
  • Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Open minded – always willing to learn.
  • Familiar with and can easily navigate social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
  • A basic understanding of business concepts and ethics.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
