*Must HAVE: reliable vehicle, cell phone and computer (desktop or laptop).

THE PERKS...

- Work from home or small office desk space available

- Full time Highly preferred, but part time is optional.

- No micro-management! But Broker available for training or questions as needed.

- Flexible work Schedule & NO minimum required sales quotas!

- Some Weekends and evenings required depending on appointments with showings/appointments with clients.

- Sales position - 100% commission based. No minimums or income cap!

- *Commission Splits start at 80% - 90% depending on real estate experience. Real Estate Experience is highly preferred, but not required. Real Estate License Required. $299 Transaction fee & $99 monthly fee apply.

- We provide a Website Lead generation system to be able to either generate new google, facebook, postcards, farming neighborhoods, etc... leads or to easily follow up with clients that you want to stay top of mind.
