MoveUp Consulting is looking for Sales People with great personality to start ASAP.

We have a role in Nashville, TN for an energetic Sales Rep!

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 09:00 AM-05:00 PM

Compensation Plan:

$60,000 - $75,000 base salary per year + commission (commission chart will be provided and will be based on: System-Generated Leads, Self-Generated Leads, and revenue generated). Weekly compensation and monthly commission payments

Job Responsibilities:

• Presenting and discussing several moving options and services based on the customers needs, desires, and situation
• Communicate with customers and coworkers effectively to build the overall customer experience
• Convert phone estimates into scheduled moving jobs
• Outreach to previous customers for new sales opportunities
• Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections
• Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development

Requirements:

• Between 3 - 5 years of sales experience, 3 - 5 years of comissioned sales. Track record of $1 - 2M in anual sales is preferred
• Experienced with both Inside & Outside Sales estimates
• MUST be upbeat, motivated, enthusiastic, dependable & trustworthy
• Very articulated over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Moving Industry: 1 year (Required)
• Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Outside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
