We are currently looking for an Experienced Property Administrator for a LIHTC Tax Credit Apartment Community located in Hennepin County of NE Minneapolis.

We are looking for a Professional, Assertive, Experienced Property Manager that wants to be a part of turning a property around! Candidate MUST be able to enforce rules, fill vacant units, follow compliance regulations and handle challenging resident issues. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and wearing multiple hats, all while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

We are looking for applicants with the following experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of Affordable Housing Property Management
  • Experience with TAX-Credit Housing compliance
  • Experience with demanding / challenging properties
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Ability to Lead a team and Oversee all business operations of a large affordable housing property
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills are a MUST
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
  • A friendly, outgoing personality
  • The ability to interact with a variety of personality types
  • Flexibility and ability to identify problems and offer solutions

Daily Duties Include, but are not limited to:

  • Interface with Residents – Communicate often and effectively with residents
  • Rent Collection & Aged Receivable collection
  • Completing Annual Recertification's
  • Processing Applications and Move-In Packets for Approval
  • Maintaining the Waiting List
  • Property Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Entering and Monitoring Work Order Requests
  • Perform all aspects of property management
  • Follow all company policies without fail

Compensation includes:

  • Hourly Pay Rate = $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
  • 20 days of Personal Time Off (includes Sick) per year in the 1st-4th years
