Music Celebrations International ( [please apply online] is a dynamic blend of concert production and travel agency. Music Celebrations International (MCI) organizes concert tours for symphony choruses, marching bands, chamber orchestras, children's choirs, concert bands, and everything in between. We are looking for a smart, dynamic, goal-oriented self-starter to assist in both "production" and "marketing".

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good oral and written communication skillsBasic computer skills are required; including, but not limited to:

Microsoft Office 2010/2013 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)Maximizer (or similar) CRM/database experience is optimum, but not requiredBasic graphic design and web experience is optimum, but not required; including, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite products, basic WordPress capabilities, and basic HTML/XHTML capabilitiesProduction

Responsibilities

Using Microsoft Excel, produce standard tour pricing on request

Using Microsoft Word and Maximizer (CRM), produce marketing proposals on request

Database MaintenanceOversee company database maintenance: enter/update contacts and related information, and track client movement

Marketing Responsibilities

Marketing Statistics: Using Microsoft Excel, enter/track production/marketing statistics

Sales Support

Assist the sales team with :

locating music contest/performance results

researching state and national music education association conference performers

researching music group festival/event participation

directing sales support for Marketing Managers

Create and maintain :

Reference Sheets

Testimonials

Photo Sheets

PhotoGalleries

Company photo collections (primarily via Group Travel Videos)

Press Releases

Sponsorship Letters

Fundraising Ideas/Partnerships

Tour Evaluations

Create and maintain tour evaluation spreadsheet

Ensure feedback from every tour group

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
