In-house Sales and Customer Relations

Looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers. Newtek is a leader in supplying brake disc pads, rotors, and drums in the US, Canada, Mexico and throughout the world. You will work with Newtek sales management and customer service teams. Training on Newtek products, procedures and systems provided.

Position can lead to higher levels of responsibility and compensation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Ensure that customers and outside sales reps are knowledgeable of the latest prices, products, and promotions through regular contact.

· Develop relationships with customers and outside sales reps.

· Obtain customer feedback and help resolve problems.

· Analyze sales data and help develop sales programs.

· Good people skills.

Requirements:

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proficient in MS Office

Experience- 2 years or more with associate degree or recent college graduate.

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday- 8 hours/day

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation- up to $22/hour plus incentives. Six-month review 1st year.

Ability to converse in Spanish and automotive knowledge a plus.
